Delhivery Q2 results: Rs 41 crore profit after a loss a year ago, revenue tops Rs 3,000 crore
Delhivery Q2 results 2026: revenue from operations rose 20% to Rs 3,066 crore and the company posted a Rs 41 crore profit after a loss a year earlier.
The Delhivery Q2 results 2026 show a profit after tax of Rs 41 crore for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 (Q2 FY27). A year earlier the company made a loss of about Rs 50 crore in the same quarter. Revenue from operations rose 20% to Rs 3,066 crore. The company says quarterly revenue crossed Rs 3,000 crore for the first time. The board approved the results on 30 October 2026.
Delhivery Q2 results: key numbers
| Measure (Rs crore) | Q2 FY27 | Q2 FY26 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue from operations | 3,066 | 2,559 | 20% |
| Profit / (loss) after tax | 41 | (50) | Back in profit |
Profit was also up from about Rs 32 crore in the previous quarter. The company reports EBITDA of Rs 205 crore, a 6.7% margin, which it says is three times the level a year earlier.
Why profit moved into the black
The company’s release credits volume growth. Express parcel volume was 325 million shipments, up 32%, with revenue from that business up 22%. Part truck load (PTL) freight volume rose 14% to 545,000 metric tonnes, with revenue up 23%. Delhivery also says its AI and robotics investments are starting to improve sales productivity and operations, though the release does not quantify that effect.
Freight, handling and servicing costs rose to about Rs 2,195 crore from about Rs 1,843 crore, so costs grew more slowly than revenue.
One-time and other items
The statement shows no exceptional items in the quarter. Other income fell to about Rs 67 crore from about Rs 92 crore a year earlier, so the profit improvement came from operations.
What to watch next
